2. Mandatory Video Proof
To help us verify claims fairly and efficiently, customers may be required to provide:
- An uninterrupted unboxing video beginning before the package is opened, clearly showing the sealed parcel and shipping label.
- Clear photographs of the damaged product.
- Any additional information reasonably requested by our support team.
Failure to provide the requested evidence may result in the claim being declined.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
- Colour variation due to screen or display settings or on physical appearance.
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
- Complimentary items, promotional products, gifts, or free merchandise.
- Digital products, including complimentary e-books.
- Any item specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” on the Website.
4. No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for any products.
If an item qualifies under this Policy, the available remedy will generally be a refund after approval of the claim.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be approved only after:

8. Order Cancellation
Prepaid Orders
Once a prepaid order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to our sole discretion.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases or account suspension.

- Recording a video before opening the parcel.
- Taking photographs of the package.

12. Digital Products
Digital products, including complimentary fitness and lifestyle e-books, are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
